A healthy sweet treat: Mini dark chocolate sea salt nut butter cups

Mini muffing pan
Mini cupcake liners
Pan/stainless steel pan & spatula
Ingredients
4 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter
1/4 cup almond flour
1/2 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
2 dark chocolate bars
1/2 teaspoon flakey sea salt
Instructions
Make the dough: In a small bowl, stir together the nut butter, 1/4 cup of almond flour, and 1/2 tablespoon of honey until a soft, dough-like mixture forms. Scoop into 15 small bites and roll with your hands, then place them in a lined muffin tin.
Melt the chocolate: Heat a medium pan over low heat, then add 2 broken up dark chocolate bars. Stir continuously until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
Make the cups: Spoon melted chocolate over each dough bite, spreading it slightly to coat the tops. Let sit for a few minutes at room temperature, then sprinkle each with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
Freeze: Transfer the muffin tin to the freezer and chill for about 1 hour, then enjoy!

A creamy, rich sweet treat made with quality ingredients, these Mini dark chocolate sea salt nut butter cups are one of my favorite freezer-friendly desserts to have on hand.

Ingredients
