Dairy-free kale basil pesto sauce

Refreshing green pesto made with fresh basil, green kale, lemon juice, pine nuts, and garlic. An easy dairy-free, gluten-free sauce. I love to enjoy this pesto on top of gluten-free pasta, roasted potatoes, and grilled chicken or baked fish.

Ingredients
2 cups fresh basil
2 cups fresh kale
½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
½ cup pine nuts
1 lemon, juiced
2 cloves garlic, peeled
Instructions
Blend: In a food processor, add 2 cups fresh basil, 2 cups fresh kale, ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil, ½ cup pine nuts, the juice of 1 lemon, and 2 cloves garlic. Blend until smooth.
