Ingredients (4 servings)

Appliances & Utensils

  • Mixing bowl

  • Individual containers or jars

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix 3 scoops chocolate protein powder and 3/4 cup chia seeds. Add in 3 cups almond milk and continue mixing until combined. Let sit for 5 minutes, then whisk again to prevent clumping.

  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, until thickened into a pudding consistency.

  3. Place in individual containers and add in washed cherries.

  4. Before enjoying, add your favorite toppings like peanut butter and cacao nibs. Enjoy!

Pro Tip: I love to enjoy a thick chia pudding, but consider adding less chia seeds if you want the pudding to be less thick.
