Crispy roasted yellow potatoes
Ingredients
(4 servings)
4 potatoes, washed and cubed
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/8 teaspoon turmeric
Appliances & Utensils
Air fryer
Mixing bowl
Measuring spoons
Spatula
Parchment paper
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F, then line it with parchment paper.
Prepare the potatoes: In a medium bowl, add 4 washed and diced potatoes with 3 cups of water. Soak for 10 minutes to remove addition starches. Drain potatoes and pat dry with a paper towel.
Season the potatoes: In the medium bowl with the potatoes, add 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/8 teaspoon turmeric, mixing with a spatula until covered. Place potatoes in air fryer (2 rounds if needed) and air fryer for 16 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Serve: Pair these crispy potatoes with fresh fish or grilled burgers. Enjoy!
Pro Tip: If using an oven instead of an air fryer, bake at 425°F for 35 - 40 minutes.
