Salty prosciutto & fresh melon on simple skewers
Ingredients
(Servings: 10 - 15)
2 packs prosciutto
1 cantaloupe melon
Appliances & Utensils
Instructions
Prepare the ingredients: Wash the cantaloupe melon and slice into even cubes.
Prepare the skewers: On a skewer or toothpick, thread a piece of cantaloupe melon and a slice of prosciutto. Continue until all skewers have been used.
Pro Tip: Consider buying pre-cut cantaloupe if you are short on time!
For vegetarian/vegan dietary preferences: Omit the prosciutto and opt for just cantaloupe on the skewers!
