Hi, I’m Grace!
A home chef, blogger, speaker, wife and founder of Grace & Greens, I’m on a mission to help people live healthier lives. When I’m not writing or cooking, I enjoy traveling with my husband, tending to my garden, reading a good book, and spending time with friends playing pickleball or rock climbing.
After experiencing burn out and struggling with my hormone health, I learned the importance of building healthy habits and finding balance to be able to feel good and show up well. Now, I want to help other busy, high-achievers live a healthy, more balanced life too.

How I got started
Eating healthy used to be too complicated....
Eating healthy, nourishing foods didn’t always come naturally to me. Growing up, I was a picky eater and didn't think much about how I was fueling my body. Balancing a full calendar of work, school, and social activities I leaned into what was quick and convenient, often choosing options that were far from nourishing.
Over time, I noticed the toll it took on me – I was constantly tired, got sick frequently, and felt like my body couldn’t keep up with the pace of my life. That's when it clicked - just like a phone can't work well when it is low battery, the body can't work well when it is low on nourishment. That realization set me on a journey to explore the connection between food and well-being. I discovered how the foods we eat directly impact how we feel, how we think, and how we show up every single day. But even with that knowledge, I struggled to implement my learnings to make a positive change.
Like many busy people, I found myself overwhelmed by meal planning, limited on time to prepare healthy meals, and disconnected from the joy that meal time can be. But over time, I learned that with the right mindset and a few simple strategies, eating healthy didn’t have to be complicated or time-consuming. Through trial and error, I learned how to balance nutrition with convenience, make the most of a grocery budget, and cook meals that nourished both my body and my tastebuds. Now, I’m passionate about sharing these tools with you, so you can live healthy, feel good, and show up as the best version of you each day!
